Why is everyone so opposed to a share swap? Nord has Severstal backing them. They don't NEED our shares. They can wait this game out as long as they need to. What if they decide to wait another 2 ...more

hrg will have 50  %   of reserves,has 50% prognoz and most of the profitability,plus Bisa coming on stream in 2013.share swap at 2 to 1 with a listing on tsx maybe.never at 3 to 1 ...more

My opinion is that a dividend limits HRG growth significantly, while it only fills Mordys pockets (who own currently 90% of NORD!!!). So, I will consider a share swap at a 2:1 ratio only...

I believe the revenues from placer mining were in the millions, add in equipment and HRG should have received more the 500K.  This is just another move to steal assets and cash away from HRG ...more

SO, gold goesdown 120 dollars  from 1650 to 1530... HRG down ...20%  .. Gould goes up 60 dollars,,,......  50% retracement of the down move to 1590 +  and HRG is.....   ...more
