Only a starting bid I think

Only a starting bid I think

You must understand this about the deal.
The first chunk of money  at 1.79 is done. A private placement to get Alfa in.
The second chunk must be approved by a shareholder vote as it takes Alfa over the takeover threashold.
I am pretty sure that the big shareholders such as Sprott and Fidelity and whoever else was in that group that revolted against Prognoz spinout will say no to that price.
I can almost guarantee that if the company would be put up for sale, there would be buyers lining up above 2.50, maybe even above 3 per share.
1.79 is just too damn cheap considering the 100 mil placement was done at 3, only a few months ago.
3 scenarios here:
1.  Shareholders vote no to second tranche, including my measlly 100k shares
2. Large shareholders convince HRG to get Alfa to increase the bid to the last placement level of around 3
3. A new group comes in to make a bid for the whole company.

The selloff today was stupid, Just confusion by ignorant investors.
Things are way better today than they were a month ago, yet shareprice is the same.
We now have Prognoz, we have a 1.79 bid by a big group. Markets are sooooooooo follish sometimes.

Load up, if you already are not.
