The sad thing is commercial prod at Berez and Tapar both happenning now. They have Prognoz as well. Things are actually in fantastic shape, which is crazy  considering share price.
Things will get better, and I am sure Alfa, Sprott or whoever will force them to quit.
The worst mgmt team I have ever seen, and the proof is tranche 2. Totally a joke. And the market clearly says so, and is saying loud and clear that it won't go through.
I am happy at the way things are progressing but management need to be fired.
I would not be surprised to see a group come in and bid for the whole company in a hostile.
