Proceeds of the Offering will be used for repayment of the US$15 million to Nomos Bank due November 21, 2008, provision of US$9 million to Société Des Mines De Taparko for working capital needs, repayment of US$10 million to Nomos Bank due December 21, 2008 and for general corporate purposes.

To those that dont think 8mil dollars as golden chutes mean anything to this company, I think the math here proves it does.
If they pay it, they are out of cash.
