RE: Admissible shares for VoteI may have erred in my previous interpretation, the text could mean the common shares issued on June 18th to Severstal's subsidiary can also be used to vote during the meeting... Not the shares that were purchased by ordinary shareholders on the stock exchange... Pretty sly of them!!
