As there are 1.1 billion shares one cent per share equals $11 million.So you would need $55 million over and above the initial proposal to equal 5 cents to shareholders

That is not the same Appian company.Google Appian natural resources fund.A privately held equity fund.Started by Michael W Scherb.That is the Appian that is involved in Harte Gold.Cheers

Think we know they paid more than the underwritten price on the first bid after that it's a matter of how many more crumbs they laid out.
