Harte Gold to be delisted from TSX Jan. 17

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Harte Gold Corp. will be delisted at the close on Jan. 17, 2022. According to the TSX, the company has failed to meet the exchange's continued listing requirements.

I said I was stepping away from this bullboard but I'm curious JR.Where do you see that information about Hrt going to be delisted?.I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I think the shares will remain suspended but as things stand the purchaser still needs to buy shares. Like Homestone I didn't see anything which says the shares will defiantly be delisted only that the TSX are considering it as an option. I think your information is very useful Homestone hope we hear from you again.

Purchase of existing shares is not required for the proposed transaction. Instead, the plan states that Harte will cancel all of its issued and outstanding shares (except the "Subscribed Shares") for no consideration so that the subscriber holding the "Subscribed Shares" will become the sole shareholder. How many shares does management hold? They will be trying to protect their shares. This is their only interest moving forward. Good Luck to us all.
