Once again the company has not gone bankrupt.They are in creditor protection.It is business as usual and they are pouring gold.The company has enough money to keep the operation going and keep all permits in good standing which was the whole idea.A seamless transition to the new owners.No one would touch it if all the permits had to be applied for all over again.Who the new owners will be and what is in it for present shareholders is the big question.On another note It's a bit chilly,-38.Staying home and feeding the wood stove. A bunch of job postings like that can certainly be seen as a good thing for the operation.  Management expects the operation to continue uninterrupted, and is filling vacancies based on that expectation, rather than winding the operation down through attrition.  Business as usual. OTOH, a bunch of job postings like that, for a company that is not in the midst of an expansion program

Not a night to be out for no good reason.With the wind chill - 42.When you hear the trees crack you know it's cold.I'm staying inside thank you.I see no reason why there shouldn't be a bidding war for Harte.A great property ,all permits,pouring gold at an ever increasing rate ,expansion ready to go and excellent exploration potential.It should be a no brainer for a gold producing

This is the kind of news I like to hear. It sounds like you are hands down with the info? Premiere Gold use to be around the White River area but as much as I know it has been taken over? I had stocks with Premiere and they worked out quite well. I am hoping for the best for my stocks with Harte. I hope the weather gets a bit warmer, -42 is tough, been there done that alongtime ago.

Not exactly news.Everything I know is from readily available information.I've been following Harte for quite some time and I've read pretty much all there is to read that I can find.The last news was on December 20 and now all anyone can do is speculate and wait.The cold snap is over and it's a balmy -10 with snow.Cheers
