is there any securities authorities over there? Seems we are just f$rts in the wind.. Shorts teamed up with their good ol buddies here in romper room would have carried that on for months and months! Wait a minute... they did?? lol BTW, I can't believe what constitutes a profound word on this thing?

If my Portuguese translation is correct, the sale took until 15-17 mins after the bovespa closed and drove the price to R $4.00

No xoox, the trade took place at around 1:10 our time today. I saw it and I posted the fact. It was about 14 million at 3.93$BRL. It then moved up to about 4.07 and then slowly faded back down. In the after market the last is 3.81$BRL.

OOps, looks like it was around 3:10 our time. The Bovespa was still open at the time. HRT was halted for about 10 or 12 minutes just before the large trade. That is the way trading is done on the Bovespa when a vey large order comes in.

OK, thanks - from the times it was hard to tell if they were local or GMT, it was reported the "buyer(s)" are not connected to the company and the amount was just over 12.0 million.

The way it filled back in after the brief rally looks like a lot of the stock was taken down by MM's and very short term traders. I wonder who is doing all the selling? It seems like they never give up.

The 12M order was a shade under (which I believe to be 5%) HRT's requirement to be identified and listed as an "acquisition of material equity interest" - so that seems a deliberate move.

Interesting. But I would rather know who the seller is. I'll bet MM knows.

That's the problem with you hood, you always focus on the seller. People sell for all sorts of reasons but they only buy for one, and someone just bought a lot. Anyone with level 2 on the Brazilian market? I'd like to see house 046 with the buy side on that transaction.

A problem with me? lol.. This stock dropped like a rock from $10 down to a buck where it has stayed for most of its life. No matter how much buying that has come in in months can move this thing up more than a few cents, and you have no interest in who wishes to sell that much stock. I'd say that it is you that has a problem.

On top of that it appears obvious that the buyers of the block today were weak hands and can't wait to get out. Hardly a recpommendation or sign of strength. It's you that has a problem.
