RE: RE: Will it be able....

RE: RE: Will it be able....Just a couple of cents worth to add... Their share float isn't north of half a billion, although it's close enough at 427 million, which is nowhere near extraordinary on the ASX. Over there, retail investors want true "penny stocks" and big floats are how they get them. Still, it does make North American investors nervous. That said, a spokesman there told me that the investor proportion is moving steadily from the ASX to the TSX, which is apparently now at about 65:35. Interesting. I also don't beleive the recent price move has much, if anything to do with the royalty decision in Aus., particulary because a) the market gives (in my view) zero value to Paulsens production in this stock; and b) because the production at Paulsens (which is currently on hiatus) is small enough that a change in royalty would mean a small change in dollar value. I believe that the real value here, as others have said, is in Indonesia where they have something that is going to be very, very big. World class. Based solely on the drill results that are coming out from the porphyry system, the 3.3 million ounces of gold equivalent (2 mm oz gold & 80 mm oz silver) resource will simply pale by comparison to the resource that is scheduled to come out in the early fall for the porphyry. Today's move on the TSX -- one of ten most active -- and yesterday's move on the ASX may not be straight line sustainable but I believe the break out has begun and we'll see more up than down for the rest of the year as this increasingly becomes of interest to the majors and the institutional investors who understand where a high gold tenor (with decent copper and moly) porphyry system like this can go.

One other point: Anyone who has watched Intrepid for a long time -- more than two or three years -- has every right to be skeptical. However, it is not the same company: its management, assets and strategy have all changed.
