1F71F7 from my understanding has stimulated the immune systems and antibody growth in monkeys. We never did find out if it reduces viral load. Whether or not this works in humans is anyone's guess. But some of the cocktail drugs are not working and new strains or the virus are forming and so it sure would be great if it did have a positive effect in humans. If it were to make it to some kind of human trials, it would be exciting indeed.
Thankfully, it would be great if 1f7 were to pan out, but we are no longer dependant on it. We have other irons in the fire now.
