I have recently received a message from TD Ameritrade about IONAF. After August 13 they will no longer accept Buy orders--only Sells. And after September 28 mew SEC amendments will likely result in no quotes or trading (unless IONAF publishes missing financials and other info).

Either the legitimate buyer will strive  to complete any remaining desired purchases  to wrap up RTO or  full majority control or similar, or this goes back to where it was 6 mths ago . From what i can gather promotion has been nonexistent through out these 6 mths so it remains fuzzy to me why this would be of interest to hot money but ive been

I thought a few weeks ago it was mentioned you could only sell this ticker so that once your out, your out. So nothing new from what the famous fictional author posted late last night. The strange and intriguing thing is that there is no hype associated to this ticker. Just a steady eddy supply of shares being transacted at strange prices and strange amounts of shares . TD Amerirrade is American, they don't care what OSC says about anything. Pink sheets exist solely to skirt securities rules, so not idea what new regulations may be coming in. However, no reason to think this guy is lying.
