RE:RE:RE:RE:OSC complaintsDoes anyone know which AGM year Lanthier said he would start consistently purchasing stock on the open market? Do we know how many shares he did actually buy after this statement - I know it was minor.
I've been digging through the 2017 management circular and noticed that Lanthier and Marti will walk away with almost $1Mil each if they can close this deal. Unsure how this is not a conflict of interest and does not violate their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders
My comment above was more for Marti. He took all stock when he was acquired. He is not going to vote his 15 Mil shares in favor of the deal unless TEC had made him whole and he's part of the new company.
