Great finish for bag holdersThe equity is under water, so 2.5c is a goodwill move. The problems started long ago by over paying for the Israeli company. Bad management all round.

The only winner in this mess was the Israeli sellers, and the CEO pulling down $400k annually for very little value-add. That said, can't win a case for being overpaid, lazy, or incompetent. 

US markets about to explode to upside. Many ways to recoup capital.
