Disappointing
DisappointingExtremely disappointing to see management sell discounted shares at sweet heart deals to Serruya family yet again for $0.75 and $1.25 and to offer a full warrant to boot. Kicks small time shareholders in the teeth. As if the convertible debenture deal was not bad enough with ability to buy shares at 15% to 20% discount, the sell out to Serruya at grossly severe discounts is even worse.
