12 000 000 USD to be paid out over 12 months and stock compensation in the amount of 37 000 000 USD based on the closing price on december 15 2017.

It is 49 000 000 USD or near 61 250 000 CAD.

Isol  closing SP on 15 december 2017 is 1.51. So, ( if USD/CAD is 1/1.25) there are dillution of near 30 630 000 more shares.
