Im speculating on the double dipping a la APHA, but on the surface this is a stupid deal.  Why would you park 65MM into an unproven and obscure vape company instead of hemp infrastructure in the US, its just a dumb deal on the surface...unless there is more too it.  This stinks of a Marigold type deal to funnel more shareholder money to insiders....we already know Harwinder took 10MM and 25MM in shares openly....
