Warren Buffett indicated that Berkshire Hathaway may look to deploy some of its massive cash pile north of the border. Asked about potential investment opportunities in Canada, the Berkshire chairman and CEO said the company doesn't feel uncomfortable "in any way, shape or form putting our money into Canada. For Buffet to throw a few million into IVN would be nothing, and the returns would be fantastic. If he is a believer in that copper is heading much higher then why not join the party.

Heck he could buy IVN period.. he's got like 165 billion in cash doesn't he??
Comment by crow27 on May 09, 2024 9:36am
I believe he has 188 billion in cash. That's a lot of cash!!!! He really should dump a few billion into IVN, now that would get some headlines.

I'd be willing to let my shares go for $25/share if Buffet is so inclined to hit that price..!
