NYSE now delisted....Question??

NYSE now delisted....Question??Hi, sorry for my lack of knowledge about NYSE, is there someone knows about this; when a company has been delisted to NYSE, like JE, can JE ask to be listed again after their problems are resolved.   I don't need any basher on this request.  I'm just trying to increase my knowledge about how it is working on NYSE.  As you may know, I'm leaving in Quebec, Canada.  Merci beaucoup.  Gaillard.
