We have a Troll,  the effective price of this offering with warrent is about 7 cents , all while the stock is trading at 23 cents ...you truly think that is KOSHER.....my wager is this financing will be cancelled and changes in management will be forthcoming which by the way management owns less the 5 percent...this stock is largely held by market professionals , i gaurantee you Dan's

Did not one Director ask for the value of a 20 cent option with two years and 80 percent volatility it is  11 cents   which means this genius board wants to sell 1 peny stock and the genius CEO states it is at a premium to last deal......help us from the inept!!!!! incompetent!!!!!  I am going to trace every board these directors sit on and short the underlying company.
