Bought T:POM this week. Another GLEN Cobalt vehiclePOM holds 100% of the very advanced stage NorthMet copper-nickel-precious metals project in northeastern Minnesota. Bought 40k shares @112c. What makes this worth a punt are Cobalt, GLEN control, the much lower country risk profile as well it's a very late stage development project (soon to be a mine). *** In other news and in my opinion any of the Chinese owned pieces mentioned by others in KAT are immaterial. GLEN has 87% of the shares. They get to call the shots. Only in the event of a buyout (and specifically by GLEN, the Majority Shareholder), and under Canadian Law, do the remaining Minority Shareholders get to vote as a block ex: GLEN. The bigger of the minority blocks then become more important. But if anyone is thinking Chinese ownership of KAT is coming, they are delusional and don't know/understand the power of GLEN and the remarkable - like them or loathe them - job they do finding commodity assets, making money in mining & commodities & commodities trading.
