RE:WHY HAVE COBALT PRICES CRASHED

Except KAT isn't ramping up well - in fact its cobalt exports this year are likely to miss the mark dramatically.  I suspect once Glencore announces its plans on Wednesday (which will likely result in a dramatic scale back in its production ambitions for Africa) we will see Cobalt turn higher again.  At these prices it’s a no brainer for consumers to stock up but they haven't had any bullish news to act on.
