Sorry to rehash this but is that NPV using the current tax regime in the DRC?  Glencore stated KAT will be producing an EBITDA of $1billion in free cashflow once fully ramped but that is of course before taxes which at the moment are punitive (especially the 50% "super profit" tax which as worded is effectively the applicable tax rate applied to most mining operations).

Are we assuming the tax credits (which I assume we still have/can still apply?) will substantially reduce our tax burden?
