I would nuance it by saying that gullibility evolved over time. I would say that the earlier shareholders misplaced their trust in the company and that is on the company. Don't get me wrong, if PG says good things are coming, those that have been around long enough may still jump on the statement. But I am sure not all will be jumping because of big dreams of what may be coming, but rather on the reaction they hope that such a statement would (again) cause. Last time almost a 100% spike in the SP over a few days before dropping to the starting point, after all the news....in terms of business development most of which is impossible to put a value on. And some may perceive that the best news was writing off Global which was purchased for $7.5 million without accounting for gains or losses of running that business.
My comment was more to highlight that despite a terrible record, the management of KNR has been able to get paid all along the way, for probably too long and compared to long time shareholders, they have been the ones earning $$$.
The management is responsible for the Bicloud hot air balloon, and then when they acquired Global HVAC, it was supposed to be an answer for the shortcomings of Biocloud.
