Down 45% in 3 weeks...

SP reached $0.90 on February 9th. Feel bad for those who have been fooled by another KNR "pump and dump" campaign and bought in the $0.70, $0.80....

I think PG has two problems.  The same tricks are unlikely to work like they did in the past.  And many of us that had been around for a few years now know that he has a bag of tricks. If I was a board member I would request that he speaks with results. Nice NR today.  Except it doesn't say anything that you can assess KNR as an investment.  Probably some pittance of the ...more

PG, transparency?!? Nahhhh no way, no chance.....

It's up to him, for his own benefit. Certain types of disclosures are required by securities legislation and regulations. He is not running his own private company in which he's got just a few buddies invested that are ok by flying by the seat of their pants.

im sick of paul and his sleezy tatics, little bread crumbs that lead to bird sh*t. no numbers, no announcement of companies we're working with, no insiders buying, no results of anything. Actions speak louder than words.  Enough with the fluff news with no material behind it.

I have stated a lot of times, core business isn't sexy at all and more the time passed, less it is, no credibility....  SP keeps going down....

Core business is big dollars due to the nature of projects, but very low margin...not to mention negative margin being the reason why they are taking a big dump on Global after less than a couple of years.  And no, I do not think that the Global situation in terms of costs was "everywhere". I don't see big guys in the space filling their contracts at a direct loss.  I don ...more

They're not morons, they have been able to live large for years on the back of gullible shareholders.

"Gullible shareholders" seems to imply that it is shareholders' blame for losing their money.  I would nuance it by saying that gullibility evolved over time. I would say that the earlier shareholders misplaced their trust in the company and that is on the company. But once ample examples of the company's disclosure practices emerged and there is a clear trail based on ...more

My comment was more to highlight that despite a terrible record, the management of KNR has been able to get paid all along the way, for probably too long and compared to long time shareholders, they have been the ones earning $$$. The management is responsible for the Bicloud hot air balloon, and then when they acquired Global HVAC, it was supposed to be an answer for the shortcomings of Biocloud ...more

I hear you.  I would say more microcaps do poorly for their investors than the ones that do good and management is not poor while running them. I think the CEO and CFO of KNR are CPA's, the professional designation that promotes trust. Perhaps they need to reflect on how they communicate if they are going to be putting that professional designation behind their name  because it has ...more
