krogh, I have told you what I know as facts. I am not speculating.

Who even suggested that Salta/Cascadero would block Lumina? I haven't. Why would they do that? Is it in their interests to do that? It most certainly is not. Particularly since they have already negotiated the JV.

Meanwhile, you are suggesting something that would not be out of place in a Stephen Segal movie. Lumina is not going to dump tailings on claims where the majority shareholder is Salta. It will never happen. Nor will that be co-sponsored by the Argentinean government.

Yes, Salta has been exploring/drilling its claims. Not to the same extent that Lumina has. But that's not a problem because the JV will.
