RE:What is Beacon's connection here...NOT SURE.  IS BEACON CANADIAN?  THEY CLEARLY KNOW SOMETHING WE DON'T.

ONCE WE GET TO BREAK EVEN I AM SURE WE WILL GAIN SOME RESPECT AND INTEREST. THE DEAL DOES TAKE CARE OF WHAT WAS A HEALTHY BURN RATE...  NOT SURE WHY MANAGEMENT TOOK SO LONG TO GET THE DEAL DONE IF IT WAS THE ACQUISITION WE WERE HOPING FOR FOR 2 YEARS!!

ALSO, THE STOCK APPEARS TO BE DOING MORE VOLUME AND PERHAPS THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE THE BOOST SO 2017 IS A TURN AROUND YEAR FOR A TIRED & BEAT UP SHAREHOLDER GROUP...

HERE'S TO HOPING THAT THE FOURH QUARTER WAS STRONG TOO
