the commissions are paid in the home country of the student. the student NEVER pays a dime to LRN directly. The agent hold the tuition for quite some time until the student has arrived and completed the cooling off period. In some cases much later. The agent has all the power in a relationship with a bottom end school that pushes quantity over quality.
