Why?I know now for a fact Big Mac was aware of this however this info that I picked up through the wire is this deal would be beneficial to shareholders and that it would all take place by end of January and that he would be resigning however I see know that beneficial only to BMO and CIBT not KGIC. This is a spiteful F U to the debunture holders that were too greedy to accept the offering. They get zero now instead of a refunded and restructured kgic with reborn potential. Zero. Hope they're happy.
