How? When? Why?

I would like to know when CIBT began negotiations with BMO and if Alex MacGregor and KGIC were aware of this happening. Why was it possible for anyone to take over this secure loan for a measely 3.1 mil and then demand it paid the next day. I'd like to have been a mouse in the corner. I don't see why anybody would have ever bought LRN had they any knowledge this was taking place. Very unfair and underhanded.

I know now for a fact Big Mac was aware of this however this info that I picked up through the wire is this deal would be beneficial to shareholders and that it would all take place by end of January and that he would be resigning however I see know that beneficial only to BMO and CIBT not KGIC. This is a spiteful F U to the debunture holders that were too greedy to accept the offering. They get ...more

There was was a lot more positive attached to what I heard too but I didn't get 100% confirmation so I didn't  inform or move on it. Glad I didn't as now that these details have been released I don't see how what I heard could still possibly take place. It doesn't make sense. Oh well I doubt we will have an opportunity to sell any so we're stuck here until the death to ...more
