Sharpei -Its been over 10 years since I was a real estate agent but at the time spring and summer were the best months to sell homes mainly because of children in schools the rest of the year. The kids made it exceptionally difficult when it came to moving into a new school district during school season. I wonder why fall would be a better time to sell a home? >
