They are already in the prepping mode as part of their wholesale/distribution effort. I believe they are upgrading their washing capabilities in order to deliver a uniform quality to the utilities. Do ...more

The opportunity for L&L is not government funding but utilizing its contacts with end users - utilities - who in turn would contract with the jv to incorporate clean coal technology on site. Yes ...more
