I believe they're exploring options in Inner Mongolia, not Mongolia.  Mongolia is a separate country.  Inner Mongolia is a province of China.

Actually, any disruptions, labor disputes, contract disputes between the Mongolian govt and producers is good for the price of coal.

9% ownership in ACI, and large buying in BTU.... they are positioning for a coal run up. ACI earnings this week could be the catalyst for US Coal.
