L&L Energy, Inc. > What's the story?

What's the story?

I have been under the impression for about a year that T2 was out of their L&L investment...all signs point that way...except this paragraph headlining the section of the website titled 'Investors'.

We don't hear from Mark or Starkbaddin at all.  Very strange

'L & L Energy, Inc., is a U.S. publicly traded company (symbol–LLEN)

founded in 1995. Our institutional investors include T Squared
Partners (New York) - T Squared Partners LLC ("TSP") is a
fundamentally oriented, private investment firm focusing on special
situation and value growth oriented, micro-cap public and private
companies.'

Does anyone here know?

I spoke with T2 a couple of months ago.  "Absolutely" still invested in L and L.  And from what I've gathered over the years and from my last call:  they speak with Mr. Lee very close to weekly.

DC..BrotherMac:   I read DC first and your post reflected my thoughts re: keeping things updated but at the same time I questioned the headlines, PR, changes in Hq staffing and photos had indeed been updated on an ongoing basis. Then I read BrotherM and was happy to see your post, but it does raise another question:  Why has NASDAQ site 'Institutional Investors' not reflected ...more

Sharpei, your post was amazing to me. as it was exactly what I was wondering at exactly the same time.  Great minds think alike (yours, not mine).  Brother, I read your post, but since you have damaged your credibility with me through your constant pumping, I cannot take it at face value.  Others have posted data that is misleading in the past about stocks I have invested in, and ...more

Yes, Sharpei, until you are personally convinced about T2, I will hold off so when you get real confirmation please post same.  On a different point your concerns about Nat Gas seem overwrought to me.  Nat Gas was down to 1.75 and is now trending around 3.25 which is still under cost basis.  Drillling is slowing considerablly and Nat gas usage is hugely electrical generation and ...more

Bar: 'When **** speaks everyone listens...and that's you! Thanks for the wonderful comparison...but it is funny as I believe there is something to that mystical 'timing thoughts' thing.  I believe DC had a similar experience last week if I understood his email. It helped to get your perspective on natgas as well as the 'possibilities' for LLEN. I do believe we've ...more

Just something that occurred to me from your post and is out of left field but this is about Yang.  You mentioned the distance and offices which led me to thinking about your question  which leads directly to Yang since he is really the main Chinese connection for much of China, (Guizhou is Dr, Lee and wife area as we know, but the rest??) and I was wondering if there were any strong ...more

I know that this Guanxi stuff is so obscure, but just imagine the Rothchilds/Morgan connecction (beginning of the Fed, and other stuff from the days of old JP), yes conspiracy theorist stuff, and no I am not a major conspiracy advocate,  just old friends will be friends), and multiply it over more than a millenium.  Scholars supported each other, made fortunes, lost fortunes, fell in and ...more

Bar: Interesting proposition re: the families...https://www.yangfamilytaichi.com/yang/tree/...This only covers til 1870's.  (There are a couple of female Li's in the mix.) Will try to find more info. Why though wouldn't Yang be the logical choice just based on his experience, connections and knowledge of the industry in IM?  Also, I think it is interesting that DL has gone to ...more
