RE:RE:Toughgun

RE:RE:ToughgunFair enough Toughgun maybe my frustration boiled over into innuendo regarding my opinion of you in relationship to the company....apologies if you are not but I do stand by my opinion of the current management and the state of affairs.

I am not part of any "group" except for the many friends and family I unfortunately got involved in this venture so many years ago. I am also informed and not swayed by anyone's bias. But even if the casual shareholder would just follow the meatless news releases these hacks post on the LOM website they would draw the same conclusions as me. If they are not posting about diluting the stock (raising more and more capital) then they are globe trotting telling us "we" have the best mousetrap. I realize the raising of capital is the lifeblood of any start-up (20 years lol) until we are cash flow positive but that money should be wisely spent. We are trusting these people to be accountable, to act in ours and the companies best interest and to be fiscally and morally responsible.

So getting back to "my" opinion, I don't believe the group assembled to lead us is getting the job done. They are providing themselves a good living off the shareholders backs which would be easier to swallow if we had some tangible progress. I saw a workable syringe in Klippensteins office 20 years ago. You will tell me that was crude and much progress has been made etc etc but unfortunately at this time I see nothing but a failed oppurtunity.
Toughgun don't you wonder why we are having difficulty raising capital? A president that is incoherent after dinner, many failures trying to sell are IP (but we have the best lol), millions spent on travelling, molds, salaries etc etc!! it is mind boggling.

The reluctance to trade publicly puts the cherry on top of it for me personally, I can not even compel my family and friends to sell but hey, it's going to be all good in a year you tell me.
