I suspect you are correct that insiders did not dump today. They probably agreed to let the others get out first. But the finders of the pp almost certainly did. Look at Canaccord's trading. Also, some of the placees would happily cash out at 100% gain in 120 days and move on. Of course, they still have their warrants. It is going to be a tough move up. That was just the first tranche of the financing. Someone was pushing this somewhere. Half a million shares don't get sold without a promo.
