Read their news release January 4th of this year. Do a little math and you will see that they are still within the low side of their guidance. The new team has been in place for six weeks trying to turn a mine around during covid restrictions in the middle of winter in Red lake. Their needed upgrades make sense to me. 50M was a bit of a surprise ,but this new group feels to get to sustainable positive cash flow flow, that's what they need. Painful to hear but an honest answer. And in this game to get 9g/t million plus ounces , not an unreasonable amount.
They are in a huge money burn phase now in risky business. Anyone who doesn't get that should never have been here in the first place. This one has way oversold imho. Take legal action cause people panicked?
either you think this group can get to sustainable cash flow by year end or beat it. One positive from the price drop is it will hopefully drive the cry babies off this site.
