It's no wonder 95% of all investors loose money in the markets. You need to have these two things stamped on your memory card. One: Buy Low Sell High, if you buy when the herd shows up to confirm the move almost all of the gains have been priced in. If you buy high you cry low. 

Two: Buy when others are fearful and don't forget to sell when they are greedy. CHEERS!
