They have to clean their balance sheet, to much people works at Lightspeed, a lot of acquisitions mean a lot of workers. Can take 3 to 6 months to clean numbers.

I wish people that listen to Steinberg and his ilk would sell and stay the fock away from Lightspeed and any comments thereof. I would like to know his reasons and wonder where Steinberg stood on Shopify when it was under attack back a few years and look where it is now. Well bmiester - Steinburg was going on about some nonesence drivel about Lightspeed being unprofitable and not being able to be profitable for several years. As well, some other utter crazy fundamentals like after the fall it is now trading at 20X REVENUES.
