RE:Loading up the Truck

I'm following this stock for awhile, I sold at cost price,  for me a stock with a price/book of $17 and high yield and stay stagnant, means something will evantually happen, having said on Novemmber 7 2012, means almost a year they annouce a production of 45000 b/d same like today's annoucement, so in terms of production volume they were no improvement, the debt was then 1.5 bilion, today 2.23 bilion, so more then $700 milions, more share dilution, and you have the reason why this share is not moving up.
This will go down until the managment come with a better plan for the future of this company.
