RE:RE:RE:RE:Blair Jordan and board need to gowell the bad news about Nevada,  is the hearing is now set for May 30,  which means Blair Jordan will still be in place.  If he really is intent on doing damage to the company,  he will be able to do A LOT at this hearing.  

the other concern is,    who would want to take over the board of Ascent at this point?    the Malcolm group had assembled a group months ago..   but I dont suppose any of those people would want anything to do with Ascent now..    even the possibility that there might be criminal investigation might be enough to scare most away..     anyone who is smart wouldnt want to touch it at this point..
