I have been working to get more information on how and when a class action suit can be raised against the board. This obvious company tanking board needs to be investigated for their questionable decisions. If any where in the best interest of the shareholder I would not be going down this road but they have offered nothing. Do they understand that they do not own this company they are employees.... for now. The sale of the Canadian asset to a lower bidder is of course the focus. The connections will all be made to see the scam that they are perpetrating and they will be charged. Eyes are on these fools, so when they receive any compensation or a new title for any company, owned or working for the Buyer company of our cheaply sold assets, their day in hell will come. In a world of technology they cannot hide. I won’t stop following their every move to get revenge and sink their careers and any hope of a future. Any company they are ever associated with, I will spam, so the shareholders , owners workers, their coworker, friends and family see them for the worthless scamming pieces of dirt they are. They just ruined themselves

Thank you! I agree with you! When summarized, the actions of the entire company don’t make sense and I’m just trying to figure out who wins when a company tanks (honest question I don’t know, except maybe if they have side deals like selling to the lowest bidder and received a potential kickback?). If you start a class action please let me know, I’ll be in as well.

This is my first post to this site.   I'm obviously an ASNT investsor deep in the red, like most here I assume.   There is a lot of Blair Jordan bashing going on here,  and I agree that from investor perspective,  it seems like he's doing everything he can to destroy the company's value.   But these last posts from cupcake have been asking the

Same questions I’m asking and cannot wrap my head around. Is Blair Jordan seriously that dense that he would do such things? If he isn’t that dense then he is seriously lacking in abilities to serve as an officer. Either way though it is 100% clear he is not a good fit and I am praying that when June comes around the remaining shareholders can vote in a new CEO to bring value back. I am still

well the bad news about Nevada,  is the hearing is now set for May 30,  which means Blair Jordan will still be in place.  If he really is intent on doing damage to the company,  he will be able to do A LOT at this hearing.   the other concern is,    who would want to take over the board of Ascent at this point?    the Malcolm group had assembled a
