Is there records showing sales after warnings or did Health Canada notice vendors selling old stock? Maybe they should have bought back old stock. Other companies were doing the same thing and that may be why managment didnt take it seriously. That was another mistake. I dont think it makes them criminals laundering money.
I dont think they had bad intentions unlike the next regime.
So far they havent bailed on the shareholders either. If they wanted to make a quick exit with some profit they had ample opportunity. Im sure if they did it would have adversly affected the share value. I think with a good managment team in place there is enough left to turn things around. I look forward to the General meeting.
