Hey Lesly1, did you ever take the time to read the health canada letters? They have been warning them to stop supporting a wide variety of online dispensaries since Dec 2017. That means the original management lied to all investors and went ahead and listed the company. The  letters site multiple infractions and out a wide range of websites where products were available right through summer

Pretty funny how you guys bash the company that you still hold shares of and tell people to get out. lol  where do you think your going to get your money from if know one buys your shares as you scare everybody away . Hahhah.  Bullshit poker right there !! We will see where this goes. How many companys did what they wern't supposed to before legalization to stay alive. Most of them !

I think that was their biggest mistake of Ascent management was assuming it was a grey area. Is there records showing sales after warnings or did Health Canada notice vendors selling old stock? Maybe they should have bought back old stock. Other companies were doing the same thing and that may be why managment didnt take it seriously. That was another mistake. I dont think it makes them criminals

I was referring to major shareholders not selling their shares. I think they are still in for the long haul. I think that counts for something.

These last few days have been full of action on this board. What’s everyone’s take? I know Crickets is selling once the halt is over but I wished the new board or current management (majority shareholder Malcolm Group) would issue remaining shareholders a statement. I know we could probably hear it all from the General Meeting but that’s a month or two away while I’m hoping for a bid of confidence

What Ive heard through the grapevine is the the shareholder comitees goal is to increase shareholder value, which is the opposte of what has been happening. If that is the case then we should see some positive actions coming out of the gates. The only time in the last few months that the share price has gone up was when shareholders comitee offered a freindly loan to Ascent, which was turned down

I'd say that at least there is a good possibility of a rebirth from here. At least Blairs damage is done and hes gone. Most likely with a fat check in his pocket from Bazzam but whatever. This group of concerned shareholders definitely has a ton of money on the line and the only way to make money for themselves is to make money for investors too so that is encouraging.
