I too spoke to Taj, Aside from what Treb said, my take away is, 1/ Ron initiated contact with Discovery as he needed team resources to proceed further. 2/ Most of the DSV stock is held by insiders and people close to the story. Upwards of 80% of the float. They were the same investors who pumped in $3,000,000 of their own money at $.50. So they have an incentive to right the ship just to break even. I looked to confirm what Taj said, they have not sold any shares. There has been no insider trading I could find going back in the last 6 months. 3/ Taj said they would not have agreed to the merger if all it was, was just waiting for $20.00 silver. They plan to start developing a plan for Levon property immediately after the deal is done. Then targeting the sweet spots with more exploration to increase the resource and value therefore of the property. At this point I feel working with the new group vs. waiting for $20.00 silver may be in our best interest. PC
