FROM A LONG TERM SHAREHOLDER

Board

I have been a shareholder in LEVON for over 8 years now.I own a lil over 2 million shares and have friends and family involved that own another half a million shares. I believed in Ron and the deposit but before everyone is so ready to cast a no vote they should call the office of Discovery Metals and speak to Taj like I did this morning. If you do you will soon realize this is the best opportunity for us shareholders going forward. I liked Ron alot but he was an old stockbroker runing a junior silver deposit. Levon needs new life and leadership and a team that can push the stock price foward. Look at the team behind discovery Mark Odea sold his last 5 companies and also the ceo from Kirkland Lake sits on the board. The combined companies will have alot of synergies, cost savings and about 5 mil in the til. Besides Cordero the 3 projects of discovery especially Puerto Rico could all be flagship properties. Both teams have spent alot of time and due diligence on eachothers properties and Ron originally reached out to the Discovery guys becasue they have the expertise and financial werewithal to take Cordero where it needs to be. Like I said in an earlier post Mark Odea originally had levons asset in his company fronteer and Cordero is in close proximity to Discovery's assets. Truth be told Levon had 6 months left of cash and would have had to gone to the markets to stay alive, the Levon story is old and this new team is just what we needed in my opinion, just look at the 4 comapnies that oxygen is behind. They are all doing great and we will be next

Hi Treb, my personal opinion is you are not thinking this through... I have no problem voting out Levon's Lame Duck Management team BUT I am not willing to give away OUR asset to do this. Why don't we just ask DSV's management team ( or a better one ) to step up and we can nominate ( or whatever we have to do ) them to replace Levon's management team. This way WE do not lose our ...more

Cubalibra all investors should call and speak to Taj if they have concerns like I did. It's not my job to try and convince you wich way to vote but since I have been in Levon for such a long time and believed in the asset I wouldn't want investors to make a mistake imo. First off your concerned with the way Discovery has spent there money. Ron who I liked keep in mind was a terrible ...more

I too spoke to Taj, Aside from what Treb said, my take away is, 1/ Ron initiated contact with Discovery as he needed team resources to proceed further. 2/ Most of the DSV stock is held by insiders and people close to the story. Upwards of 80% of the float. They were the same investors who pumped in $3,000,000 of their own money at $.50. So they have an incentive to right the ship just to break ...more

Well, here's my take on this whole situation.  DSV management may very well be better stewarts and are experts at what they do but we are just giving away half our property to them at a very bad time.  The timing cannot be worse at sub $15/oz Ag prices so we are in a bad spot.   But here's the thing, at $20/Oz Ag our property would be worth north of $400 M according to ...more

I do not know nor spoken with Taj but given Ron is not here to give his side Taj can say whatever he wants with no rebuttal. Maybe Ron just wanted some ??? of them on his Board ? Yes, most of DSV stock is held be insiders so THEY would benefit the most from this deal and Levon shareholders would benefit the least. It seems DSV 's chart looks just as bad as lvn's so I do not see how they ...more

The ratio is not fair imho. With that in mind, I will still vote no.

I have owned shares of Levon for many years ( my memory is not so good but I have emails going back to 2011 ( prior to computer crash and loss of data ) showing my holdings in Levon and own the shares becasue I beleive in the VALUE of the Cordero Project. If you also beleive the same you Must think that Mark Odea can't be very smart to let the Cordero Project leave his control... and now he ...more

Thank you, I will take my chances with ~$25 silver (which I think will happen this year). Still voting NO. Give me 75% of the newco and I will rethink.

I did mention to Taj that if the proposed arrangement is truly a merger of equals Levon should receive at least 50%, otherwise if this is structured as a buyout give us a premium.  I have not heard back from him yet, but I did mention we are a ways off from the vote still and there is of course time to tweak the proposal in order to make it more palatable to LVN shareholders. I would be ...more
