Ya that part was dissapointing to me , I think at 25 dollar silver the IRR is 21% , improvment but not near what Ron was saying.

The problem is not Levon or the IR people, it is the price for silver. You can put up neon lights all around it but without a higher silver price, a lower grade bulk mine is just not that interesting.
