The 20000 acres are low quality and low %CBD content. The farmers f'd it up by harvesting too early. E93 don't want it now. They are buy high % CBD from brokers. E93 may use the 20k acres of hemp at the NM plant once commisioned.

not only that, they are in business with a total of 33 farmers, so the very few Vitaly did not paid are only for bad quality reason, not like they are not paying nobody
