RE:De-listingThey are still planning to pay out whatever net cash is left in the company, most of it in the second quarter 2016 so lets call that May with a residual payment in 2017 after they sweep up all the bits and pieces and pay the final taxes, lawyer and accountant bills. I am hoping to get something more than $1.47 by May 2016, (for a return of plus 10% for 5 months) and then a bit of a bonus in early 2017 (a nickel or dime). The delisting = you will not be able to sell your stock after Dec 31. You will just have to wait for them to pay you out.
