thank you for your comments on the merger, but  with a merger, I have never been able to reconcile the following;

a) How will Mart be able to maintain control if we have less than 50% of the ownership?

b) how will MMT ensue that dividends are secure ?

c) how will corporate governance  maintained? will or profits be stolen from us?
